Move For Mental Health 5k
Build Your Event
Move for your mind. Move for someone you love.
Movement can be more than miles. It can be a reset, a release, a reason to keep going and a reminder that none of us has to move through life alone.
Join the Move for Mental Health 5K, a virtual run or walk you can complete anywhere and at your own pace. Whether you move for yourself, someone you love, or simply to help make mental-health support more accessible, every 5K has the opportunity to mean something more.
$5 from every registration will be donated to Pine Rest Foundation, helping support access to behavioral-health care.
